Locals and visitors of Hood River, here are your weekend restaurant updates. Go forth and eat!

The McCurdy Farms Hood River fruit stand is open for the season! Visit it from 10-5 most days (Closed Tuesday and Wednesday). Right now pears and a few apples are in.

At Working Hands Beer & Slopeswell Cider Co. (two brands, one taproom in the Heights), you can have a free hot dog with your beer purchase today (Sat) and on Sunday, you can purchase ALL of the donuts from Columbia Gorge Confections.

The Downwinder is wrapping up for the season, likely selling its last tacos today, so stop by and say aloha to those two fine folks that have worked their asses off this season to share some rad tacos with Hood River. (We love you and will miss you TheDownwinder! Best shaved ice we've had EVER).

Solstice Wood Fire Pizza has a few rad specials this weekend. Check our post from last night or their Facebook page. The owners also noted that mid-week has been slow, so if you're in the mood for some Solstice, mid-week is still a great time to visit.

Stave & Stone Winery (Downtown Tasting Room) has reopened its downtown tasting room. Hours are Thursday - Sunday 12 - 6.

Full Sail Brewing Company is open Our Brew Pub is open Thursday to Sunday from 11:00AM to 8:00PM. Hungry but not in the mood to wait for a table? Plan ahead and join the waitlist through Yelp (if it turns on. We checked at 11 am and it wasn't on, but maybe it will be?): https://www.yelp.com/waitlist/full-sail-brew-pub-hood-river-4?utm_source=full-sail-brew-pub-hood-river-4&utm_medium=nw_restaurant_generic_flow

Mugen Noodle Bar in Hood River, Oregon says they're open normal hours this weekend.

KickStand Coffee & Kitchen also offers online reservations, and it's a good idea to plan ahead and snag one if you can. Visit their website to snag a table: https://www.kickstandcoffee.net/reserve.html

Grasslands Barbecue is always doing something rad. This weekend it's pork spareribs, Jamaican jerk chicken sausage, and a smoked eggplant sandwich. The truck can sell out quickly and is first-come, first-serve. Check their social pages before you go, they're really good at updating them as soon as they run out of something.

A reminder that Riverside is walk-ins only.

Tilly Jane's is serving brunch again. 9-12 Sat and Sun. This week, find French toast with seasonal fruit and a housemade chicken fried steak with sausage gravy, roasted red peppers, and an egg ($20).

Y'all have a safe, happy weekend and shout if you have questions!
