Weekend Dining Out Guide 4/16 + Updates!

If you're headed out in Hood River this weekend, here are a few things to know: 

1. Hood River is still in the low risk category, for now. Cases in the county seem to be rising. Low risk means that indoor dining is open as well as outdoor dining. Many places around town offer both. Some places only offer one or the other, so make sure to pack some blankets, in case you end up seated outside when it gets chilly. 
2. Most every restaurant is open this weekend, including Celilo, which recently opened, Kobe, and Full Sail. 
3. I'm not a fortune teller, but with Portland in a higher risk category than Hood River and the gorgeous weekend weather, restaurants in the Gorge may be super busy. It can help to call ahead or join a waitlist online, if you don't want to get stuck waiting for a table for an hour. A few places that let you make reservations online include Kickstand, Simon's Cliff House, Solstice, and Phelps Creek Vineyards.

1. Indian night is back to stay at Riverside on Thursdays for the foreseeable future. Order online, visit in person, or give them a call at 541-386-4410.
2. The Pines 1852 is now open in its new location on Oak St. in Hood River (415 Oak St.)
3. You can now order from Door Dash in Hood River. There aren't many places currently connected to Door Dash, just McDonalds, Taco Bell, Walgreens, and Mugen Noodle Bar in Hood River, Oregon. But I'm sure that will change with time.
4. Wheels Hood River is now open and serving food at Wy'East Vineyards. Below is the current menu.
