B’s Sweets

This week’s Thursday Tidbits is Valentine’s Day-themed with all the Valentine’s Day foodie events happening in The Gorge.

​• Find heart-shaped treats from B’s Sweets at the Farmer’s Market this weekend!

•Phelps Creek Vineyard is throwing a Valentine’s Day Market at their tasting room. You can view items from Gorge creatives and enjoy food and wine. This event will be on Saturday February 10th, from 11am-5pm.

• For a night out in The Dalles, Petite Provence Boulangerie & Patisserie will have a Valentine's dinner on the 16th and 17th of this month. Their menu includes chef Gordon’s halibut topped with crab, a filet mignon and a French-style pork chop and even chicken cordon bleu to choose from. If you want a smaller treat from Petite, they have Valentine's day special desserts in their pastry case now.

​• Chocolate lovers, save the date for The Dalles chocolate crawl which will be the evening of February 9th this year. Explore businesses in the Dalles and stop by for some treats. You can head to The Workshop in The Dalles to get Hot Chocolate as part of the crawl. Learn more here.

​•And for the ultimate collaboration, Smokewring Bbq is offering a three-course Valentine’s Day meal with a main of French onion stuffed chicken and a dessert of chocolate-covered strawberries from Berries by Felice along with wine from The Pines 1852.
