It's Cinco de Mayo. Throughout the day, I'll add specials as I find them. Thus far I know, 

Ixtapa Hood River: is offering their usual Taco Tuesday special of $1.50 per taco. Choose from chicken, ground beef, pork or shredded beef. You can also order a alcohol-free mixer like a raspberry margarita OR mango-chamoy margarita for $5.95. Take it home and add whatever alcohol you want -- tequila, mezcal, whatever! If you feel like getting fancy, they're also offering an $80 fajita dinner that includes fajitas, toppings, sides, and drinks for 4.
