Here is a list of which places are open for outdoor dining, currently. This list was made on 12/5 and things rapidly change. Please double-check for seating before you head out. Per Oregon State law, table size is limited to 6 people from up to 2 households. Restaurants are allowed to have 50 people total on premises, including staff. Most of the places mentioned have some form of heat and cover, but it's still super cold so make sure to BYO blankets, ear muffs, hand warmers, gloves, etc. If there isn't room for you to dine-in, most of these places offer takeout. Additionally, most restaurants in town (except Trillium and 3 Rivers Grill) are open for takeout. Crush Cider Cafe: can serve up to 50 people total outdoors with heaters and cover Doppio Coffee + Lounge: order inside and take your food outside Hood River Taqueria Solstice Wood Fire Cafe & Bar: limited but open for patio dining, covered, heated Ixtapa Family Mexican Restaurant Hood River: covered, heated KickStand Coffee & Kitchen: covered, heated, Christmas tree up. Reservations suggested. Stone Hedge: limited outdoor dining on the patio with fire pits and cover. Ferment Brewing Company: mostly covered, dress warm Divots: patio seating available to eat your takeout at. No table service at this time. 6th Street Bistro and Pub: covered patio dining available.
