Here is a list of which places are open for outdoor dining, currently. This list was made on 12/5 and things rapidly change. Please double-check for seating before you head out.
Per Oregon State law, table size is limited to 6 people from up to 2 households. Restaurants are allowed to have 50 people total on premises, including staff. Most of the places mentioned have some form of heat and cover, but it's still super cold so make sure to BYO blankets, ear muffs, hand warmers, gloves, etc.
If there isn't room for you to dine-in, most of these places offer takeout. Additionally, most restaurants in town (except Trillium and 3 Rivers Grill) are open for takeout.
