Mother's Day Specials COVID-19 Edition

Here are a few local food-related Mother's Day specials.

Riverside has a few Mother's Day specials including a lobster roll, a salmon dinner, braised beef gnocchi, and cheesecake. The Columbia Gorge Hotel and Spa is offering a family package with things like salmon cakes, prime rib, and apple pie. The flyer says orders need to be in by Saturday at noon. 

Local Rhoots, a local meal-delivery service, is offering a special Mother's Day menu. Order brunch for mom or for the family. On the menu: Icebox Bakery Quiche Spinach or Bacon & Spinach; Mini Yogurt Panacottas with Rhubarb Compote and House-Made Granola; Local Green Salad with Citrus Honey Dressing. $29 for a single serving of everything, $65 for 4 servings. Packer Orchards: Order a dinner bundle (pizza! Pot pie!), bread, jams, apple cider donuts, quiche and more. Have it delivered to your house or pick it up at the Hood River Farmers Market. To order local pick-up or delivery: order by Thursday 4pm.
