Sweet Caroline-Citrus Aperitivo, fresh peach, fresh pineapple, club soda. Cascade Crush-Citrus Aperitivo, local strawberries, local mint, lime, tonic water. Raise a glass to summer!

  • Check out a new cocktail at Solstice Pizza: The Blueberry Smash! House-made James Family Farm blueberry syrup, Lewis & Clark gin, lemon, sparkling water & mint, served on ice.

Gander & Goose has a must-try: the Paella Waffle. Saffron-infused rice waffles topped with chorizo and Oregon Bay shrimp paella.

Ferment Brewing is now serving brunch Saturdays and Sundays, 10–12. Highlights include cinnamon-sugar donut bites and a hearty breakfast plate with eggs, sausage, White Salmon Baking Co. toast, crispy smashed potatoes, and house-made jam.

Dinner on the water:

Pairs perfectly with Bobby’s Mango Hazy/tajin rim. Open daily through summer.
