Pixan Taqueria & Cantina in White Salmon is bringing back some spring favorites, like Aguaturmas (roasted sunchokes with crema de ajo, sweet chili, pine nuts, herbs, and quail eggs) and their vibrant Summer Greens salad. More seasonal specials are on the way…
Brigham Fish Market in Cascade Locks has been serving a Smoked Salmon Taco Plate — four tacos with a mix of slaw-style toppings. They also have a Fry Bread Sundae to die for.
Love and Hominy in Hood River is highlighting their Mediterranean Taco this week. Now, you can also enjoy their Whipped Feta as part of your meal.
Celilo Restaurant’s new Kale Salad features lacinato kale from @oakrose_farm, pickled apple, pomegranate seeds, and bleu cheese vinaigrette. Hood River.
River Daze Café (Hood River) is now serving a hearty breakfast burrito with eggs, potatoes, roasted onions & poblano peppers, cheddar, chipotle sour cream, and local salsa (add sausage, bacon, or tempeh).

Thunder Island Brewing in Cascade Locks has shifted to spring/summer hours:
Sunday–Thursday: 11 am–9 pm
Friday–Saturday: 11 am–10 pm
Dao Deli is back at the Hood River Common House every Tuesday and Wednesday from 5–8 pm with their rotating menu of snacks, salads, and entrees.
Weekend Plans
Grasslands Barbecue returns to Hood River this Saturday — find them in their usual spot by the lawn behind Ferment Brewing.
Pair it with a stroll through the Hood River Farmers Market — both start at 10 am.
