Feast Market & Delicatessen in White Salmon has a new Burrata Delicata dish!

We’re officially in the home stretch before Christmas, and the Gorge is leaning into the season in all the best ways — festive beers & celebrations, cozy soups, special pies, last-minute gift markets, wine sales, and plenty of sweet treats to take home (or share… or not).

Here’s a smattering of happenings:

  • Kickstand Coffee & Kitchen is now pouring Kings & Daughters Fresh Hop Soft IPA and celebrating tonight with their Ugly Christmas Sweater Party & Holiday Market from 5–8 PM. Holiday hours: Christmas Eve 8–8, Christmas Day 4–9, NYE 8–9, New Year’s Day 8–9. (Hood River)

  • Solera Brewery teams up with The Four One for a last-minute gift market, featuring local treats plus art, jewelry, and pottery — perfect for those final holiday finds. (Parkdale)

  • Double Mountain Brewery rings in a new Pie Alert: The Rudolph — roasted chestnut & arugula pesto base, mozzarella (fresh + shredded), roasted tomatoes, and house-made venison-pork sausage. “It’ll go down in history.” (Hood River)

  • Golden Goods Sandwich & Bake Shop has filled the pastry case with festive favorites and is taking cookie box preorders (14 treats!). DM to order. Pickup Tues, Dec 23, 10 AM–1 PM. Open through Dec 23, then closed until March. (Hood River)

  • The Cauldron Café is back after a two-week hiatus (Thurs.-Sun. 8-4) and will be open on Christmas Day (hours TBD). Warm up now with specials: house-made French Onion or Hungarian Mushroom soup. (Hood River)

  • Feast Market has a new burrata with delicata squash — an ideal bite to enjoy with a cocktail and good company in their relaxed, low-key space. (White Salmon)

  • Domaine Pouillon hosts one final Saturday night dinner this weekend. Don’t miss the kale & walnut pesto fettuccine with wild mushrooms before the New Year ushers in a new menu. Plus! You're invited to their holiday party this Friday, Dec 19, at the Wine Bistro and Confluence Cafe. (Lyle)

  • Edeske Patisserie is taking Christmas preorders for holiday desserts, including Red Velvet Mini Cakes, Chestnut & Cherry Bûche de Noël, Christmas Tiramisu, and a gluten-free Forest Berry & Tonka Entremet. Order by Dec 21 at noon. Pickups 12/23–12/24. (Hood River)

  • Odell Café will be closed Dec 24 – Jan 4. (Odell)

  • River Daze Café is offering 15% off gift cards through Christmas. Open 8–3 Mon–Fri, 8–4 Sat–Sun. Closed Christmas Day & New Year’s Day. (Hood River)

  • Grateful Vineyard debuts a new veggie pie special: “A White Christmas”, now serving at the tasting room. Note they will close Dec 22-25, back open on 12/26. Then, closing Dec 29-1/1/26, back open on Friday, Jan 2. (Parkdale)

  • Cork Wine Shop continues its 12 Wines of Christmas, highlighting a different bottle each day. Stop in to see the lineup at 1106 12th St. | Tue–Sat, 12–6 PM. (Hood River)

  • Packer Orchards Bakery is deep in Christmas cookie mode — thumbprints, gingerbread, chocolate crinkle cookies, and more, all baked fresh and beautifully decorated. 3900 OR-35, Hood River. Open Thursday–Sunday, 10–4.

  • Pine Street Bakery has shelves full of Christmas goodies, including beautifully decorated Christmas cookies, Linzer Cookies, and Christmas Cookie Decorating Kits. Come for a treat or turn them into a gift! (Hood River)

  • Little Seven Seven Ranch Shop will be open every day through Dec 20 for you to stock up on Highland Beef for the holidays. DM to make an appointment. Closed Dec 21-27.
