Everybody’s Brewing’s Fall Harvest Salad

As we cruise toward Thanksgiving week, the Gorge food scene is buzzing with winter menus, cozy corners, and last-minute holiday prep. From new specials and festive pop-ups to foodie gifts and Thanksgiving ordering reminders, here’s what’s happening around town this week:

Kickstand Coffee Kitchen is offering Local’s Lunch specials every Tuesday and Wednesday from 11–1 pm, featuring their Kickstand Cheeseburger and Crispy Chicken Sandwich—plus happy hour pricing on pints (dine-in only).

Ixtapa Hood River has updated seasonal plates and winter-inspired favorites. Ask your server to explore the full Winter Menu, available for a limited time. 2827 Cascade Ave.

Ferment Brewing has made its deck cozy again with heated winter yurts—perfect for settling in with a pint. Pups welcome! Hood River Waterfront.

Grateful Vineyard kicks off Friday Night Bingo & Beers beginning November 21st, starting at 5:25 PM. Reservations encouraged. 6650 Trout Creek Ridge, Parkdale.

Everybody’s Brewing just rolled out a Fall Harvest Salad loaded with roasted kabocha squash, brussels sprouts, pepitas, craisins, feta, and hot honey—add your favorite protein to make it a meal. Downtown White Salmon.

Solstice Pizza is now delivering house-made sourdough focaccia and frozen pizza dough balls to Treebird Market every Tuesday and Friday—and they’ve been selling out fast. Go early! Treebird Market is located at 106 HWY 35, Hood River.

Gorge’s Beer in Cascade Locks has early Thanksgiving specials, including a turkey sandwich stacked with stuffing, cranberry sauce, Swiss, arugula, and roasted garlic aioli on ciabatta, plus sweet potato fries. Dessert options include pumpkin bread with Tillamook Vanilla Ice Cream or Pumpkin Cheesecake with Oreo crust and caramel.

East Fork Baking Co. pastries are now available at Basecamp Café + Provisions inside the new Lightwell Hotel in downtown Hood River.

Backwoods Brewing Co. just released The Stumbler 2025—their barrel-aged Russian Imperial Stout dipped in gold wax for the holiday season.

Stoked Coffee Roasters is featuring a Fall Spice Latte - pumpkin spice, cardamom, and cinnamon blended into smooth, cozy perfection.

Last-Minute Thanksgiving Dinner Idea:

Gorge Farmer Collective sent 1,000 lbs of cabbage, 300 lbs of beets, and 400 lbs of butternut squash to local food banks — @columbiagorgefoodbank & @washingtongorgeactionprograms — thanks to their incredible customers who generously donated to their food bank fundraiser last week!
