For the month of May only, find the Columbia Gorge Crepes food truck in the lot off Cascade Ave by the 76 Gas Station. Open Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Sundays from 11 AM to 4 PM.
Love and Hominy has added a new Thai Noodle Salad to the menu. It features sautéed Yakisoba noodles tossed in a sesame ginger dressing over a colorful mix of cabbage, carrots, radish, red bell pepper, edamame, fresh herbs, crushed peanuts, and your choice of protein. Topped with peanut sauce — it’s a must-try this weekend!
Packer Orchards is bringing the sweet deals: Buy one, get one free ice cream every Friday at The Farm Place, all summer long. Hours: 10 AM – 5 PM.

The Columbia Gorge Wine Festival is happening this Saturday, May 10th at the Wyeast Fairgrounds (3020 Wyeast Rd, Hood River). Sample wines from 15 local wineries from 12–5 PM. All proceeds benefit the Hood River County Education Foundation. Get your tickets and details at hrcef.org.
