Mt View Brewing – Try Bobby’s Mango Tajin Hazy IPA (6% ABV), inspired by fresh-cut mango with chili-lime powder. This Hazy IPA boasts flavors of juicy mango, chili, and lime in the finish. Dive into a pint of this tropical, juicy IPA with or without a Tajin rimmed glass! Cheers!

Analemma Wines – Meet your new summer snack: Whipped Ricotta Toast with sugar snap peas, grated lemon, scallions, local herbs, whipped Ricotta, grilled rustic white bread from the White Salmon Baking Co. Open this weekend (but closed July 4th).

Celilo Restaurant is open for the 4th, so make reservations soon and enjoy farm-fresh specials plus their pan-seared Black Cod with red coconut curry, kohlrabi and fennel salad, and grilled pac choi.
