Grasslands is back to a regular schedule for the spring/summer season. Open Saturdays & Sundays 11 a.m. until sold out. They plan to add in Friday hours in summer. The menu for now is: *Saturday*Brisket, Pulled Pork, Burnt Ends, Black Pepper Chicken, Hatch/Cheddar Sausage, Fried Smashed Potatoes and a new Asparagus dish we’re still tweaking *Sunday* Same menu, minus Brisket but replaced w/ Beef Ribs and Pulled Lamb w/ Serrano-Mint Pesto!
